- The item must be shipped exclusively to the return address provided by our support team. Returns sent without prior authorization or to an unauthorized address will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:
- Products showing signs of use, misuse, damage, or modification not caused by Montevani.
- Return requests submitted after the 14-day return period.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
- Incomplete return shipments or products missing original components.

Additionally, the following products are not eligible for refunds:

4. Proof of Claim

5. Refund Process

If approved:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions

- Customer communications
- Any additional evidence supporting the validity of the transaction
