All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen operational circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Our team works diligently to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment or shipping process, it can no longer be modified, canceled, or combined with another order.
2. Worldwide Shipping
Montevani proudly ships to customers in most countries worldwide.

Montevani shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, courier companies, or other third-party logistics providers.
3. Shipping Methods
Depending on your location and service availability, we offer:

- Express Shipping
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
Please note that Express Shipping may not be available for certain remote, rural, or restricted destinations.
4. Order Tracking
Every order shipped by Montevani includes a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's tracking system.
Tracking updates depend entirely on the carrier's scanning process.
Montevani is not responsible for temporary delays in tracking updates after an order has been shipped.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
As Montevani ships internationally from its global fulfillment network, certain orders may be subject to:
- Import duties;
- Customs duties;
- Value-added tax (VAT);
- Goods and Services Tax (GST);
- Local taxes;
- Customs brokerage or handling fees.
These charges:
- Are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout;

Montevani has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, import procedures, or unpaid duties and taxes.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stuck Shipments
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, or has stopped receiving tracking updates for an extended period, please contact our Customer Support Team:

Upon receiving your request, we will make reasonable efforts to:
- Assist in tracking your shipment;
- Contact the shipping carrier when appropriate;
- Investigate the shipment status whenever possible.
Any replacement, reshipment, or refund will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Montevani reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the information provided by the carrier and the circumstances of each case.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Montevani cannot be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses;
- Invalid postal or ZIP codes;
- Missing apartment, suite, or unit numbers;
- Incorrect recipient information;
- Customer unavailability to receive the package.
If an order is returned due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, any additional shipping costs required for reshipment will be the customer's responsibility.
8. Delivery Confirmation
An order shall be considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier confirms delivery through its official tracking system.
In cases where the carrier records a successful delivery, Montevani shall not be liable for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise unavailable at the delivery location.
Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and that someone is available to receive the package whenever possible.
